• Paint
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Heating and cooling
• Septic system

Additionally, our preferred lender provides an Ibex home warranty that begins 1 year after purchase which extends your total coverage to two years:

• Covers residential single-family homes up to 5,000 square feet. If your abode is over 5,000 square feet, call us for a quote. 
• Covers Electrical, Applicances, Forced Air Furnace (Heating) and Central Air Conditioning, Interior Plumbing, and Garage Door.
