"We are extremely satisfied with our exterior remodel. We live on a dead end street so access and space was limited but Dennis' crew and subs made it work and it wasn't easy for them. Dennis was a gem to work with, he kept us informed of the schedule and his crew was here on time and worked hard all day. We had a good sense of trust with him and his regular crew. They were always polite and happy to answer any questions we had. Dennis made good suggestions for things we didn't think of and since it was our first time doing anything like this he was very informative. Due to permit restrictions it's not exactly what I imagined. It took twice as long as we expected and cost more than we planned on but it turned out beautifully! It's better than we hoped for. We gave them five stars because we're so happy with the end result, but there are a few things I would do differently next time:
1) I would have asked for additional workers. I wish that the regular crew was larger than three men because a lot of the time there were only two. I feel like it wouldn't have taken so long and put us into winter where we had weather delays (after permit delays, not Falk's fault). Having said that the work was impeccable and worth the wait.
2) Ask for costs on everything! Dennis was more than happy to accommodate any and all changes but didn't offer the additional cost unless you asked for it. When we did ask his approximations were spot on.

We plan to use him again in the future for other projects and I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to. Our house looks so good that the neighbors feel like they need to paint and spruce up their homes and yards, which is great because now our little street looks much nicer. Be sure to see pictures...We love our new house!"

"We had Mike and his crew replace our rotting decks. They did a phenomenal job. The deck was a mess and presented a lot challenges including needing to repair the top 6" to 8" of our main beams that had rotted away. They fixed all the issues and laid down a new IPE surface (Brazilian hard wood) and now our decks look amazing! I would hire them again in second."

Best Contractor out there PERIOD! We had a rough start with another company, we pulled out with them and thank god we found Falk Construction. They went above and beyond that we expected. if you are looking for a CUSTOM home builder choose them. their standard options are WAY ABOVE any other contractor and their finish work is second to none. Taylor Falk held our hands the whole way and helped us out more than he probably should. They keep you up to date as things are happening and make life less stressful. i will forever be a Falk fan boy and will use them for the rest of my days! If you don't use Falk you are not getting the home you could! They are fair priced and are a CUSTOM home! I'm promise you will not be disappointed. CALL THEM NOW!!!

We were so pleased with our first home project last year with Falk
construction that we contracted with Dennis and his team for a major home renovation project that included kitchen, sitting room, dinning room and laundry room renovations. Total demolition and rebuild. He worked ambitiously well with my kitchen designer , electrician and flooring contractor. Dennis was on site at least 3 times/day overseeing his team's progress. When I implemented changes and add-on's Dennis was most accommodating and timely. Always available for daily questions by phone or text. His billing and invoices remained well within the initial estimate..... Highly recommend!!!!
