The starting point of you dream home is the land it sits on.  If you have a lot of your own we can meet you at the site and evaluate the land to determine the restrictions or special considerations for the home that can fit on it.  If you need to find land, there are numerous options as well as our extensive professional network which we can enlist to assist you in finding that perfect lot.

At this point we will start by getting you pre-qualified with our preferred lending partner, Citywide Home Loans. Citywide can help determine your buying power and from there we work together to create a budget that accomplishes your goals.  

Now the fun begins! Your plans, ours or anyone's, we will work with the land you have and your budget and choose the perfect home for your family.  We have access to hundreds of home plans with shapes, sizes and styles to meet everyone’s desires. The plans are just the beginning as we work side by side with you to map out the details that make this home truly yours.  No detail is overlooked as we ensure you get exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.

To ensure the quality of our homes our managers have checkpoints at certain stages of construction that they do. They will conduct a walk through of the home to ensure the home is up to standards before the home construction is allowed to move forward to the next phase of construction.
