New HomesLiving in Ogden
Ogden, Utah, located 40 miles north of Salt Lake City, is one of Utah’s fastest growing cities, both in population and industry. The City of Ogden is the oldest city in Utah and is home to hundreds of locally owned businesses including retailers, restaurants, bars, breweries, and art galleries. In recent years the city has attracted numerous national outdoor brands such as Scott, Salomon and Atomic, just to name a few, that are now headquartered out of Ogden. Ogden’s outdoor culture and close proximity, less than 30 minutes, to two major ski resorts, including the host of the 2002 winter Olympics, makes Ogden the perfect destination or place to live for outdoor enthusiasts. Ogden also hosts year round events as diverse as the population. The historic 25th Street district has become the center of dining and nightlife offering something for everyone. In the summer Ogden has weekly concerts featuring headlining national acts at Ogden Twilight as well as the hosting annual Ogden Music Festival and Blue, Brews, &BBQ. This strong social, economic and cultural environment has resulted in strong growth for the city and its residents for the past 20 years with no signs of slowing.
